1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). During promotional periods or seasonal sales, processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–5 business days.
  • International Shipping: 10–30 business days (delivery times vary greatly by destination country and customs processing).
  • Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 within the contiguous United States.

Please Note: These times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, weather conditions, or holidays.

3. Shipping Fees & Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Domestic Orders: A flat fee or real-time carrier rate will apply for orders under $50.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs, as well as any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout or collected upon delivery by local authorities.

4. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

We primarily partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders.

5. Address Accuracy & Changes

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please double-check this information before submitting your order.

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will contact you. Reshipment will require payment of an additional shipping fee.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at 2359972308@qq.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packing your items securely. However, issues can sometimes occur in transit.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 10 business days past the estimated delivery date), please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery if possible, or contact us within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damaged product and its packaging.
  • For both lost and damaged packages, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

7. International Shipping Notes

We are happy to ship internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs declarations, import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are payable upon delivery. We cannot advise on these fees, as they vary by country. Delays in customs are common and not within our control.
