1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received the incorrect item.
  • Your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described.

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Items without their original tags and packaging.
  • Items that have been washed, altered, or worn.
  • Items returned without prior authorization from our customer service team.

2. Timeframe for Return Requests

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accommodated.

Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions within 2 business days. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Processing time for the refund to appear in your account is typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Replacements

If your item is eligible for a replacement (e.g., incorrect or defective), we will ship the correct item to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.

6. Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us. We will assist in filing a claim and arrange for a reshipment or refund.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet entered the packing or shipping process. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct size or color exchanges. To change an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
